Summary

This book is an exciting business novel. Despite the artwork, the nice description of characters and typical business situations it still can be summarized quite a bit. Essentially : The Theory of Constraints does achieve results with an effect on the bottom line very quickly, while Lean and Six Sigma have good tools to identify specific things that need improvement. But since both cannot localize "the bottleneck" alone they will most certainly only increase costs used alone.
